Tucson Airport is a civilian-military airport located in Puma County, Arizona, united states, 9 miles south of Tucson which is operated by the Tucson Airport Authority (TAA) under a long-term lease extending to 2098. After Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Tucson is the second busiest in aircraft arrivals. Covering an area of 7,938 acres at an altitude of 806 m, the airport has three asphalt runways and helipads for Tucson flight arrivals. Transportation to/from Tucson airport
Public transportation is possible through Sun Tran bus with two routes which are No. 11 and No. 25 with TUS airport arrivals. The bus stop for the airport is in front of the main terminal. You can follow the sign of ground transportation to get to the Exit after baggage claim area. The ground transportation includes taxis, Lyft, Uber, Car and limousine services, shuttles, and Sun Tran buses. Three islands are available for ground transportation. The sun Tran stop is right side on first island and TUS flight arrivals at the C gates should cross the roadway outside the breezeway. And immediately turn right side to go toward the ground transportation service area. The sun Tran offers temporarily free services up to June 30, 2021. The regular fare for Sun Tran is $1.75. Under the Covid-19 situation, passengers are required to wear a mask.
