For most people it makes sense to arrive at the airport via the A4 and E-75. If you come from the north via Kumanovo, you will have to keep to the A1 and the E-75. There are more options via the south, but you will eventually have to follow the E-75.
After arrival you can also rent a car at the airport. There are car rental companies that can provide fast Skopje departures. Some of these companies include Avantcar, Green Motion, Hertz, Avis, Star Car, and Sixt.

The price to Skopje is 21 euros (23 usd/1220 den). For reports about a taxi you can send an email to elita-el@hotmail.com or call +389 70 813 037.

Parking
There are two different options for parking your car. These are short term parking and long term parking. There are up to 1200 parking spaces available. The short-term parking location is located just in front of the terminal. Park your car here for a few hours or days. An hour of parking costs 90 MKD and this slowly increases to 700 MKD per 24 hours. The parking price for longer than a few is as follows: 3-7 days is 2,100, 8-14 days is 2,800 and 15-30 days is 3,000 MKD. If you use parking a lot because you travel a lot or for a long time, you can opt for a subscription which makes it cheaper at Skopje Airport.
You also have a ‘Hug & Fly’ option where you only stop the car to let passengers get out and then continue driving. You can still stand for free for up to 10 minutes. After that, costs will be charged.
